Ruger Super Redhawk .454 Casull

My long serving copy of Photoshop Elements died in the OS X Lion upgrade, so here are the last pics I modified before the software's untimely passing.

I plan on taking a deer using this gun in the coming season as a memorial to my friend and fellow moderator, Dan Johnson. Dan was a passionate handgun hunter and writer, and I have never taken a deer with a handgun. I feel this will be a fitting tribute.

    That is a great idea. We need to take the nice cameras to get pics when you do that.

    Oh, you're a Mac guy too? I knew I liked you for some reason besides the bitchin' musical tastes. ;-) (I am still on Tiger, for the record — just never saw any reason to upgrade. I've heard good things about Leopard & Snow Leopard but Lion is a decidedly mixed bag from what I've heard.)

    And that's a nice wheelgun, but I think I'd rather admire it than shoot it. With my cerebral palsy, .44 Magnum is about all I can handle as far as handguns go. Heh.

    It's pretty easy to shoot with .45Colt in it.

    BTW, Lion does not allow old PowerPC applications. So if you are using say... Photoshop Elements 4, it no workee with Lion.
