We're talking about man who never really accomplished anything but won a Nobel Peace Prize based on what he might do one day. If you take a good look at his life (what little we know of it)and how he rocketed to the presidency on the shoulders of others, it's easy to understand why he thinks the rest of the country is incapable of achieving anything on their own. He's never had to do anything for himself and to him, that's the American Dream.... actually, it explains his policies and consuming narcissism, too.
My favorite is the one of the "tower-formerly-known-as-Sears". It reminds me of the last line from the Tengwar inscription on the "one ring to bind them all": "...in Chicago, where the shadows lie." ...and so do the politicians.
