IPA in progress

That Wife got me a 1gallon brew kit for Christmas. First brew is an IPA. 

Next- either a jalapeño saison or a barleywine.

    meads are nice and easy to do, the only real down side, is I found that they need at least a year to mellow out, about 5 years they are awesome.

      my sister does some outstanding meads. she made a peach jalapeno mead for christmas last year that was just awesome.

      Mead is on my "to do" list
