Here we have a 1954 built CZ-52 in the great, but under appreciated, chambering of 7.62x25. This little screamer of a bottleneck handgun round spits out an 80something grain .30 caliber bullet at somewhere near 1400 feet per second. It is LOUD, has a beach ball sized muzzle flash, and turns heads at the range.

This gun likely saw service along the Iron Curtain during the Cold War. The CZ-52 is what the Czechoslovakian army used while the rest of the Com-Block used Makarov and Tokarev pistols.

I really like the artistry in this gun. It has that streamlined, 1950s space age look to it!

I know! Very artistic lines, and the bakelite grips just accentuate the '50s heritage.

I love the era that seems to just be built into the gun.
