To start dinner

Started dinner tonight with a test. First time steaming clams. Made a
broth of sauteed onions, bacon, and garlic added Shiner Frost beer,
red pepper flake, and parsley and steamed for 5 minutes. Served with
Rosemary olive oil bread.

It was quite good. The clams thing needs further exploration.
